An estimate from our stated assumptions, not a quote. See how it works

How the estimate works. Every assumption, stated plainly.

Every figure comes from your inputs and these assumptions, counting only the areas you switch on — the same sums the breakdown email uses.

The setup fee
The return uses the plan's monthly fee only. Setup ($1,500 on Starter, $3,500 on Growth) isn't counted, and is waived on a 24-month agreement. Bigger builds are quoted to scope; typical ranges are in the questions below.
Your own figures
The industry starting values are illustrative, and our shares and conversion rate stand in for yours. On a call we'll use your real numbers.
Revenue, not profit
Missed-call revenue is the value of the work won back, before your costs of doing it.
Each hour once
Count an hour in one area only: time on the phone belongs in calls, not scheduling.

Calls and enquiries

70%of your call time handled by an AI agent.

Calls a day × average length × 22 working days gives your monthly call hours; 70% of them are costed at your staff hourly rate.

Missed calls

New enquiries a month × the share of calls that go unanswered × 30% × your average job or sale value.

Data entry and admin

Your hours a week × 4.33 weeks a month; 60% of them are costed at your staff hourly rate.

Scheduling and bookings

50%of arranging bookings, rosters and reminders handled by AI.

Your hours a week × 4.33 weeks a month; 50% of them are costed at your staff hourly rate.

Hours handed back

4.33weeks, or 22 working days, in a month.

Hours back each month = monthly call hours × 70%, plus each other area's hours a week × 4.33 × its share. Only areas switched on count.

The plan it's measured against

$500a month for one area, our Starter plan; two or three areas are our Growth plan, $1,200 a month.

Return = (monthly saving − the plan's fee) ÷ the plan's fee. Four or more areas is usually a custom plan, so treat this as a best case.

Cost and payback. The questions behind the numbers.

More questions, answered plainly

Sometimes, and the arithmetic is straightforward enough to check yourself. Take the process you have in mind, count how often it runs each month, multiply by what one instance costs in time, and compare against the system cost. If payback is longer than about 18 months, it is probably the wrong process to start with. For most small Australian businesses the honest range is $20,000 to $80,000 a year in recovered revenue and reclaimed time across two well-chosen processes — not the 10x figure in the advertising, and not nothing. Businesses that get the high end picked two things and did them properly.
