This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website agenticlabs.com.au.
This policy covers this website only. Systems we build and operate for clients are governed by the agreement with that client — see our commitment below.
1. What we collect, and only if you use it
Nothing on this list is collected unless you choose to use the feature it belongs to. You can read every page on this site without giving us anything.

Voice calls. If you speak to the agent on this site, you are talking to software, and it will tell you so if you ask. The call runs in zero-retention mode: audio is processed as you speak so the agent can respond, and nothing is written to storage afterwards — no recording, no transcript, no call log. Once you hang up there is nothing left to delete.
2. How we use it
To reply to you, to send you the result of something you asked for, to prepare for a call you booked, and to improve how this site and our agent work. If you have consented to it, we also measure which pages are visited and how our advertising performs.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we do not use anything collected here to train models we sell to anyone else.
3. Who else touches it
We use a small number of service providers to run this website — for email delivery, scheduling, voice processing and analytics. They act on our instructions and under our accounts, and they may only use your information to provide that service to us. The voice provider processes audio in real time under a zero-retention configuration and keeps nothing once the call ends.
Some of these providers are located outside Australia, including in the United States and the European Union. By using these features you agree to your information being handled that way. We remain accountable for it, and it is deleted on the schedule above.
4. Cookies
Cookies that are strictly necessary for the site to work are always on. Analytics and advertising cookies are off until you turn them on, and choosing "Necessary only" means those scripts are never loaded at all — not loaded and ignored.
You can change your mind at any time using Cookie Settings in the footer of any page.
5. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
6. How long we keep it
We keep information for the periods set out in the table above, then delete it. Where the law requires us to keep something longer, we keep only what the law requires.
7. Your rights
Under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@agenticlabs.com.au and we will respond within 30 days. There is no charge.
If you are not satisfied with how we handle a privacy complaint, you can escalate it to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
8. Systems we build for clients
Everything above is about this website. When we build a system for a client, privacy is a design requirement rather than a policy written afterwards.
We build to the Australian Privacy Principles from the first line of code. Data is collected only where it is needed for the system to work, access is restricted to the people who need it, retention periods are set deliberately rather than left open, and information is encrypted in transit and at rest. Every build is designed so the client can answer an access or deletion request without engineering work.
The client owns their data and their intellectual property. We do not reuse client data across engagements, and we do not use it to train anything. Where a system handles health, financial or otherwise sensitive information, we design to that standard from the outset.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these external sites and encourage you to review their privacy policies.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
